Still Small Voice is a 16 x 8 ft white wall with 72 paper discs mounted on it. Each disc is mounted on a motor that spins permanently, blurring the colours. The columns have sensors that turn off the motors when something or someone stands in front of it. If a person waits, the discs in that column slow down to a standstill, gradually revealing the colours as each disc comes into focus.
